Returns

Please report any defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for taste or smell preferences.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider. Any vouchers or coins used are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement.

If an incorrect product or size was ordered, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Clearance items
• Promotional items with short expiry
• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging
• Returns based on taste or smell preferences

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping

We currently offer delivery within Singapore only.

Free delivery is available for orders above S$300 or when the minimum quantity requirement under selected promotions (e.g. 3 or 5 items) is met.

Orders are processed within 1 working day. Delivery typically takes 4–5 working days, excluding the order date, weekends, and public holidays. Delivery timelines are counted from the day after your order has been processed.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
